This QHHT session helped to bring insight into emotions and feelings I have been trying to suppress. My spirit team mentioned people in my life who have caused me significant pain without me mentioning them beforehand in my questions. Which was amazing! After reflecting on my session recording, I felt as if I knew what I had to work on. I realized the process will be hard, but with the help of this session, I know now that I have my very own spirit team helping and protecting me through this process. I learned how my karma from my past life transformed into this current life. Learning about the pain and sadness of my past life, showed me that I have a choice in this life: either to follow the same path I did in my past life or to take charge and heal myself.
